National Account Director
Dave Tointon moved into the drinks industry from a retail management role in 2002, joining James White Drinks as Brand Manager and later becoming their On-Trade Sales Manager. He joined Windfall as a National Account Manager in 2007, bringing with him the on-trade responsibility for the James White Drinks range, and managing key national managed on-trade accounts, midlands key accounts and wholesale. Now, as our National Account Director (Out of Home), Dave retains his account responsibility for a number of national on-trade and HORECA customers, manages and supports our wider Out Of Home team, and assists in the development of the channel strategy for each of our clients.
Senior Key Account Manager
Megan joined Windfall in 2017 as a Key Account Manager for the Midlands, and has is now our Senior KAM, working alongside Brett Allen to develop national foodservice and drinks RTMs, as well as mix of national accounts and key regional groups and RTMs in the West Midlands and North West. She has previously worked for Maxxium UK and for Punch Taverns. She is now enjoying working closer with Regional Multiple Operators and Key Accounts to help develop Windfall’s portfolio.
Business Development Exec (Scotland)
With over 20 years experience within the Scottish License Trade in management and licensee roles, Simmone moved into event management, helping companies such as Diageo, Britvic and S&N bring key brands successfully to market. Her current business development role within Windfall sees her working across all sectors, from on trade to delivered wholesale across Scotland.
National Account Controller (Grocery)
Harvey is a commercially focused, experienced senior sales leader with strong category management capability. His career covers more than 19 years in both blue chip FMCG organisations and more recently in the dynamic start-up environment. Harvey brings extensive experience from a diverse career covering category management, national accounts, people development and training, business development and European sales leadership roles. Having also worked as a buyer for top 4 Grocery, he has a unique insight into the dynamics that make highly effective sales relationships. Having managed both Field Sales and National Account teams Harvey understands the need for clear strategic goals aligned to ever changing customer needs.
Key Account Manager (SE)
Mike looks after Out-Of-Home customers throughout London and the SE, and has prior experience both as a national foodservice RTM account manager and in drinks sales & brand development. His role at Windfall includes developing business with major contract caterers, food-to-go retailers, foodservice and drinks RTMs, and flagship pubs, bars & restaurants.
Key Account Manager (London)
Marco has always been a food lover thanks to his Mamma and Nonna, and has worked in the FMCG industry in London and UK for more than 10 years, helping different brands, companies and wholesalers to improve their sales, presence and visibility in the market. As a Key Account Manager at Windfall (since May 2016), he is focussed on the foodservice sector, dealing with a mix of contract caterers, food to go groups, coffee chain and licensed trade groups.
Maddy has worked in Health and Wellbeing for most of her career, and has not only represented third party brands seeking routes to market, but also owned her own hair colourant Brand, securing listings in major retailers throughout the UK and Europe. As Channel Director for Windfall Brands, she manages several Grocery areas for our clients and also heads up our fast – expanding Health, Beauty and Wellness category, working with national Health and Beauty and Pharmacy retailers.
National Account Manager (Out-of-Home)
Brett joined Windfall Brands as a Business Development Manager the end of 2013. Now one of our National Account Managers (Out-of-Home), Brett looks after a broad range of important group customers (Licensed, Coffee, F2G) as well as managing key national foodservice and drinks RTMs including Bidfood & Matthew Clark.
E-commerce Operations Manager
Mark came to Windfall Brands after working with the highly successful Bookends for 2 years, bringing close to 10 years experience in operations and logistics to the team. Mark specialises in identifying negative service patterns, promptly fixing recurring issues for improved operations. Mark has a fantastic understanding of the Amazon landscape both on Seller Central and Vendor Central. With this he is able to help our clients optimise for delivery efficiency, pro-actively manage operational challenges and is instrumental in ensuring the financial health of the accounts stays on point.
E-commerce Marketing Manager
After working with a variety of national and international direct to consumer brands, Robin came to Windfall Brands with 4 years Digital Marketing experience. Robin particularly excels in paid marketing campaigns across search (Google & Amazon) but also found great success scaling businesses online via paid Social Media advertisement and influencer engagement. Robin is responsible for paid promotions across Amazon, listing optimisations, NPD launches and also consults to our clients to assist with broader marketing strategies.
