Sales Director
Having worked for Cadbury and Diageo before moving to Windfall initially to develop the on trade and latterly multiple grocers, I’m now responsible for the sales at Windfall whilst retaining the day to day management of our alcohol portfolio in the major supermarkets.
Director
Now over 30 years (!) in the drinks industry, including soft drinks, water, cider, ale and lager. Sales, marketing and commercial skills focused mainly on building brands and companies from the bottom up, including Panda Pops (a long time ago), Ballygowan Mineral Water and Pomegreat, as well as the brands we currently handle.
National Account Director – Out Of Home
Dave Tointon moved into the drinks industry from a retail management role in 2002, joining James White Drinks as Brand Manager and later becoming their On-Trade Sales Manager. He joined Windfall as a National Account Manager in 2007, bringing with him the on-trade responsibility for the James White Drinks range, and managing key national managed on-trade accounts, midlands key accounts and wholesale. Now, as our National Account Director (Out of Home), Dave retains his account responsibility for a number of national on-trade and HORECA customers, manages and supports our wider Out Of Home team, and assists in the development of the channel strategy for each of our clients.
National Account Controller
Harvey is a commercially focused, experienced senior sales leader with strong category management capability. His career covers more than 19 years in both blue chip FMCG organisations and more recently in the dynamic start-up environment. Harvey brings extensive experience from a diverse career covering category management, national accounts, people development and training, business development and European sales leadership roles. Having also worked as a buyer for top 4 Grocery, he has a unique insight into the dynamics that make highly effective sales relationships. Having managed both Field Sales and National Account teams Harvey understands the need for clear strategic goals aligned to ever changing customer needs.
London Business Development Manager
Brett joined Windfall Brands as a Business Development Manager in London at the end of 2013, Brett is focused on developing our brands within London based National Accounts and Independent Groups in the On Trade and HORECA sector. Brett also manages a majority of our National and London Regional Wholesale customers for the On Trade.
Scotland Business Development
With over 20 years experience within the Scottish License Trade in management and licensee roles, Simmone moved into event management, helping companies such as Diageo, Britvic and S&N bring key brands successfully to market. Her current business development role within Windfall sees her working across all sectors, from on trade to delivered wholesale across Scotland.
National Account Executive
Prior to joining Windfall, Louise worked with Grocers and high street retailers for Ferrero and Thornton’s Confectionery and Kondor electronics on tech brands including Skullcandy and JBL. She then joined Windfall brands as an off trade National Account Executive, working with Grocers on snacking products, soft drinks and toiletries.

Always been a food lover thanks to his Mamma and Nonna, Marco Severi has worked in the FMCG industry in London and UK for more than 10 years, helping different Brands, Companies and Wholesalers to improve their sales, presence and visibility in the Market. Key Account Manager at Windfall since May 2016, he is focusing on the Foodservice sector dealing with National and International Contract Caterers, food to go groups, coffee chain and everything related to an healthy lifestyle
Off-Trade Specialist
Daryl has over 20 years’ sales and marketing experience in the drinks industry working with brands like Stella Artois, Heineken and WKD. In 2008 he joined Cider of Sweden Ltd as the Off-Trade Sales Director and helped launch Kopparberg Cider in the UK. In the space of 6 years Daryl helped grow the brand from almost nothing to the leading fruit cider brand with a sales value of over £100m. Since leaving Kopparberg in 2014 Daryl has launched his own fruit lager brand and flavoured spirits drinks securing distribution across UK retailers. Daryl’s experience, understanding and relationships in the UK drinks market means he is well placed to offer commercial and strategic advice to new and existing brands.
Key Account Manager
Megan joined Windfall in 2017 as a Key Account Manager for the Midlands. She has previously worked for Maxxium UK and for Punch Taverns. She is now enjoying working closer with Regional Multiple Operators and Key Accounts to help develop Windfalls portfolio.
Sales Manager
Jonnie May has over 20 years experience in the food & drinks industry. This includes 7 years retail experience and 16 years brand sales management experience. He has worked in all UK market sectors; national and regional retail, foodservice, travel, wholesale and on-trade. He now works in a consultancy role to Windfall Brands.

Key Account Manager covering the South West, Pippa has previously worked in the Foodservice industry for 4 years looking after a National and Independent accounts. She is now enjoying working with Regional On-Trade and Foodservice clients developing the Windfall Brands Portfolio
Senior Key Account Manager Foodservice and High Street
Steve has worked in the Food Service and Contract Catering for over 7 years, working across a number of category from Natural Health, Tea, Chilled drinks and Snacking. Having over 15 years of Sales experience he is use to working with top level decision makers. He is passionate about bringing new and exciting products to market.

Key Account Manager covering the North/North East, with a background of 4+ years within the Coffee market previously working on independent, group and retail opportunities. Now enjoying working with Windfall Brands across the On-Trade market and Foodservice to help develop the Windfall Brands portfolio within the North.
Sales & Marketing Executive
Olivia joined Windfall in 2017 after completing her Marketing degree and taking a year out working her way around the world immersing herself in the culture. Using this experience and previous background in the hospitality and retail business, Olivia is now enjoying working with Windfall Brands as a Sales and Marketing Exec, closely supporting our clients and assisting the team.

Lisa has enjoyed a career in business development, most recently in the last 5 years within the HORECA market. Working for companies such as Alliance and Nespresso, Lisa has gained a great insight into sectors such as premium foodservice and casual dining. Lisa is responsible for working with Key On-trade and Foodservice accounts within London.
